Skip to content Polypol-Grunt is a two-component material consisting of a base - an epoxy material and an amine hardener.
The materials are designed to create protective and decorative coatings of concrete and metal surfaces inside and outside the premises.
As a primer when arranging self-leveling floors at the following facilities:

The metal surface is cleaned to St2 or Sa 2.5 according to ISO 8501-1 and degreased.

hardener (component B) is added to the base (component A) in the amount of 47 w.h. per 100 in. hours of base or according to the instructions in the passport, mix thoroughly and, if necessary, dilute with organic solvents (up to 50% xylene is possible).
The prepared composition is used at a temperature of +20°C for 40 minutes from the moment of preparation. At higher temperatures, the pot life of the composition decreases.
Application
Apply a penetrating primer to the prepared surface. With high porosity of the base, but not earlier than after 24 hours, repeat the priming. When priming, avoid the formation of puddles of the working composition.
Application methods - roller, brush.
Consumption: 0.1 - 0.4 kg/m2 (depending on the porosity of the substrate).
Drying time of the primer at +20°C is 24 hours.
The temperature of the ambient air and surface should be within the range of +10°C to +30°C, but not less than 3°C above the "dew point", the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 80%. The temperature of the primer should be between +15°C and +25°C.
Store in original containers in a dry, cool place at temperatures from -20°C to +30°C away from sources of ignition and high temperatures. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture. Store away from acids, alkalis, amines and oxidizing agents.
Warranty period of storage in the manufacturer's container - 12 months.
Storage beyond the date indicated on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer suitable. But if the shelf life is exceeded, it is necessary to check the properties of the product before use.
Basis - in metal buckets with a volume of 10, 20 liters.
Hardener - in metal buckets with a volume of 5, 10 liters.
