Skip to content SKTN-A rubber is a synthetic low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane polymer with OH end groups, stabilized with active silicon oxide, viscosity from 1800 cSt to 2200 cSt.
With the catalyst introduction, terminal OH groups are crosslinked, the liquid rubber cures (vulcanizes) and turns into a rubbery material.
Materials and products made from silicone rubber SKTN grade A are resistant to atmospheric factors, vibration, temperature, moisture, have dielectric properties, and can be used at temperatures from -60°C to +250°C.

Silicone rubbers are cured in the presence of catalysts such as K-1, K-100 or №18. Vulcanization occurs at room temperature.
The proportions of mixing SKTN-A rubber with the catalyst depend on the technology of production of the final product, the required properties and other factors.
Rubber SKTN-A is stored in warehouses at a temperature not exceeding +30°С away from direct sunlight.
The guaranteed shelf life in original container is 12 months.
Storage over the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean the product is unusable. In case, if store more please check the properties of product before use.

Silicone-organic rubbers SKTN are non-toxic. Do not contain solvents.
