Material for injection waterproofing Hydroguard 106 is a two-component material consisting of a base (a mixture of polyester polyols and functional additives) and a hardener (modified isocyanate). Hydroguard 106 is designed for waterproofing building structures, soil and rocks by injection, has an extremely low viscosity and a high polymerization rate.
The kit for Hydroguard 106 consists of:
Component A and component B of Hydroguard materials are mixed immediately before use in a ratio of 1:1.
Injection waterproofing with Hydrogard 106 material is carried out by pumping into the soil, structure, or into the seams and cracks of building structures.
Injectable waterproofing material Hydrogard 106 is designed to stop water flow, rehabilitate areas with aquifer, rehabilitate and waterproof drifts and old mine shafts, move soils, plug boreholes, repair damaged membranes, injection into cracks and seal joints. It is also allowed to use materials for the repair of building structures.
Hydrogard materials are stored in ventilated covered warehouses in sealed containers at temperatures from 0°C to +35°C, protected from moisture, direct sunlight and freezing.
Warranty period of storage - 12 months.
Storage beyond the date indicated on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer suitable. But if the shelf life is exceeded, it is necessary to check the properties of the product before use.
Metal buckets with a capacity of up to 30 liters.
Canisters up to 30 liters.
Hydroguard 106 is not a dangerous goods. During work, observe safety precautions. For detailed instructions, please refer to the relevant product safety data sheet. It can be provided upon request.
