Material for injection waterproofing Hydroguard 107 is a two-component material consisting of a base (a mixture of polyester polyols and functional additives) and a hardener (modified polyisocyanate). Hydroguard 107 is designed for waterproofing building structures, soil and rocks by injection, has a very low viscosity and a high polymerization rate.
The kit for Hydroguard 107 consists of:
Component A and component U of Hydroguard materials are mixed immediately before use in a ratio of 1:1.
Injection waterproofing with Hydrogard 107 material is carried out by injection into the ground, structure or seams and cracks in building structures.
Injectable waterproofing material Hydrogard 107 is designed to stop water flow, rehabilitate areas with aquifer, rehabilitate and waterproof drifts and old mine shafts, shift soils, plug boreholes, repair damaged membranes, and injection into cracks. The use of materials for the repair of building structures is allowed.
Hydrogard materials are stored in ventilated covered warehouses in sealed containers at temperatures from 0°C to +35°C, protected from moisture, direct sunlight and freezing.
Warranty period of storage - 12 months.
Storage longer than the date indicated on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer suitable. But if the shelf life is exceeded, you need to check the characteristics of the product before implementation.
Metal buckets with a capacity of up to 30 liters.
Canisters up to 30 liters.
Hydroguard 107 is not dangerous goods. During work, observe safety precautions. For detailed instructions, please refer to the relevant product safety data sheet. It can be provided upon request.
