Skip to content Aquaprok-1 Superconcentrate is designed to impart water-repellent properties to porous materials. Water-repellent impregnation Aquaprok-1 Superconcentrate is ideal for the treatment of surfaces made of brick, marble, tuff, stone, concrete, foam concrete, asbestos cement, slate, tiles, gypsum products, shell rock, mineral plasters, limestone, and other materials of similar type.
During carrying out construction and repair work in residential, public and industrial buildings and structures, silicone fluids Aquaprok-1 Superconcentrate is used as a water-repellent additive to concrete, plaster, as an plasticizer additive and air-entraining additive.
Not suitable for wooden surfaces processing. Covering the previously painted and glass subjects can lead to formation of spots. It is exceptionally suitable for processing vertical and inclined surfaces on which liquid sediment and moisture condensate can be removed.
Surface treatment with water repellent Aquaprok-1 Superconcentrate will allow:
Materials processing with a hydrophobic composition Aquaprok-1 Superconcentrate. The procedure for the waterproofing works.
Surface preparation: Thoroughly clean from dirt, exfoliated plaster areas and blow off dust (mechanically sweep) with air. If necessary, level the surface (cracks, sinks, bumps) with an appropriate mortar.
Application: The working solution is prepared at the rate of 1 liter of product for 10 liter of water, in the amount necessary for 1-2 hours of work. It is applied with a brush, roller or spray to a dry, cleaned surface until it stops absorbing, preventing drips and leaving drops. Do not carry out work in the rain, as well as at temperatures below +5°C.
Caution: Repeated processing on a dried layer may cause white salt traces.
Consumption depends on the porosity of the processed material, and is on average 350 ml/m2 (1 liter of Aquaprok-1 Concentrate is sufficient to process an average of 32 m2 of surface).
Store at temperatures from -15°C to +30°C in original containers separately from acids. Protect from direct sunlight.
Do not store in containers painted inside, as well as containers made of aluminum or other light metals.
The guaranteed shelf life is 12 months.
Storage over the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean the product is unusable. In case, if store more please check the properties of product before use.
Water repellent agent Aquaprok-1 Superconcentrate is non-toxic, fireproof, but have alkaline properties. Use rubber gloves, goggles, respirator during works. Spraying should be processing from the windward side.
