Wax emulsion PE-25 is used as care agent for concrete, applied on large horizontal or inclined surfaces:
When using wax emulsion PE-25 on fresh concrete, an impermeable white film forms, which retains more than 90% of the water in concrete for at least 3 days. In this regard, the treated concrete acquires a harder, less dusty surface, minimizing the probability of cracking due to drying and shrinkage of concrete. Depending on weather conditions and / or wearout, the film will remain for 3-4 weeks. By this time, hydration is almost complete.
PE-25 paraffin emulsion is ready for use, mix thoroughly before application. Apply evenly to a fresh concrete surface using a mechanical or pneumatic method. When pouring concrete into the formwork, PE-25 must be applied immediately after the formwork removal.
Do not apply on a dry concrete surface. If the surface of the concrete has dried, then it must be moistened with water. Immediately upon the work completion, it is necessary to clean the spray guns with water. Pay particular attention to the cleaning of the nozzle and spray parts.
Store in tightly closed original packaging at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from a fire hazard areas. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not expose to low temperatures.
The guaranteed shelf life in original container is 6 months.
Storage over the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean the product is unusable. In case if store more please check the properties of product before use.
