Consistent high quality and efficiency of the wax emulsion is confirmed by the positive results of many laboratories, as well as manufacturers of chipboard and fiber boards, MDF and laminate flooring.
Operating principle
Directly hydrophobic effect of the paraffin emulsion is shown during the pressing plates in the hot state. The emulsion is applied before hot pressing of the plate. When heated, the emulsion decomposes and molten microparticles of paraffin settle and hydrophobize the plate. The application of a special emulsifiers system leads to the fact that the emulsion disintegrates before the binder hardens, which provides more reliable protection against penetration of water and moisture.
The emulsion amount for application depends on the desired properties of the final product, therefore, to determine the optimal amount, it is necessary to conduct individual tests.
In many cases, the introduction of 0.5-1.2% of the emulsion by weight of dry material is sufficient.
Store in original containers at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C. Stock in a dry, cool and well ventilated place. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing, keep away from heat . Store away from oxidants, hypochlorites, strong acids and alkalis.
The guaranteed shelf life in original container is 6 months.
Storage over the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean the product is unusable. In case if store more please check the properties of product before use.
