The product is a homogeneous mixture of polymerizable polyesters that does not contain solvents (hereinafter referred to as the compound).
The compound is intended for impregnation of windings of electrical machines and apparatuses of heat resistance class H, including tropical versions by dipping or vacuum-pressure impregnation. The properties of the cured product make it possible to use the compound as a dielectric coating for wires in cable production.
The compound is not a dangerous goods and is not classified according to GOST 19433.
Rejected Product Properties
The cured product is strong and elastic, with good mechanical and dielectric properties, with durable heat resistance in the filling of the windings.
The product shows good resistance to liquid chemicals and solvent vapors.
The fully cured material is suitable for use in thermal class 200 (H) in accordance with IEC 60085.
The curing time of the compound in a thick layer at a temperature of 165 + 5 0 C is only 30 minutes, the high content of dry residue allows the thick layer to be impregnated in one cycle of actions, which reduces labor. and energy costs in production.
The absence of solvents in the composition of the compound improves the environment and reduces harmful emissions into the air of the working area and the atmosphere.
Typical application methods:
When properly stored in tightly closed containers, the resin has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Resin should be stored below 25°C away from direct sunlight and other heat sources.
